This bedroom is sunny bright large room with a full-size bed and twin bed, unique decor and cozy letther arm chair for relaxing reading time and 65" TV with great quality sound system to create an ultimate home theater experience for your enjoyment. Good for 2 friends, family sharing a bedroom and business travelers. Guests can enjoy walking distance to the great local eatery and unique cafes of this lovely neighborhood while also enjoying the wonderful activities that Andover has to offer. The space Amenities in the apartment include a bathroom, full eat in kitchen, comfy and large living room. Office with nice desk. No Pets allowed. NO SMOKING inside. No shoes please. Guest access Guests will have private access to their own bedroom, shared living room and eating in kitchen. If my schedules don’t mesh, I’ll show you where everything is. For guests staying for an extended period I have a small separate space in the cupboards to store non-perishable foods. You are always welcome to help yourself to coffee. Andover is great to walk downtown. During your stay Very relaxed atmosphere. I let my guests determine the level of interaction. I am readily available with good cheer and to provide recommendations for your stay, if requested. I am looking forward to welcoming you into our home! I really enjoy company and meeting new people. Other things to note This is an old building and the stairs to the second floor are fairly steep and could be challenging for people with any mobility issues.
