The space My wife and I decided to take on the adventure of completely renovating a home in Falmouth! Updating it both inside and out, we know you will enjoy your stay at our labor of love! The unique aspect of this property is that it was originally set up as a duplex. This allows for vacationers to spend quality time together, while also enjoying their individual space. As you walk in the front door, you can either turn left to our "Land" side, or right to our "Sea" side apartment. Each layout is exactly the same, with a living room, dining area, kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. There is joint access to the basement and backyard through a kitchen door, but each side can be entirely closed off from one another. The backyard is a perfect place for a barbecue or outdoor fun! Once you visit us, you will want to come back year after year! Time to book your summer getaway, and start dreaming of fun in the sun! Guest access The property can either be booked as a whole unit, or as individual apartments (set up as a separate listing). If the entire property is rented, guests will have full access to both apartments as well as the basement and backyard. If only one side of the property is rented, you will have access just to that side, as well as the basement and backyard. Please note that during the off season (Sept-April) the property will be booked as individual units and we reserve the right to book a long term renter during these months.
