A super place to make awesome memories. Perfect for a family vacation or romantic getaway. (6 people, two cars max) Close to local colleges, Amherst, Northampton and many attractions. Comfortable and relaxing. Big Screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Cable and Wifi. Full kitchen, washer & dryer. Sorry no pets. The space New well-equipped kitchen, comfortable open floorplan for dining and living room. The bedrooms are quiet and comfortable. The porch is perfect place to relax and enjoy yourselves. The house has beautiful lake views, just a few steps to the water, on your own waterfront. We often have a big pond raft float you can swim out to. Lake is clean and great for boating and fishing. We have three kayaks, life jackets and a big canoe and paddles for you to use. We have a fire ring for lakeside campfires! Guest access Guests have the full house, lawn and lakefront all to themselves. Strict limit 6 guests; two cars only. Sorry NO pets. Other things to note Parking at the lake house is tight and is strictly limited to two vehicles. (Six people including kids max). The lot across the street does not belong to us, and please don't park there. We have great WiFi and a land line, but the cell coverage can be very spotty at times. We ask that you be a good neighbor to everyone on the lake and that there be no parties, events, “extra friends”, amplified music, late night noise, or rowdy behavior. We want this to be a relaxing retreat for everyone. Due to our insurance, and the special septic system, and the proximity of neighboring houses, only six people may be in the home.
