Beautiful private room +bath,easy access to NYC

I have two or three bedrooms available on the second floor. Just right for a family vacation! Please click on the listing and add guest which will get you another room for additional cost . My wife and I live downstairs. Upstairs is private but entrance is from downstairs. You have easy access to bus/trains to NYC within 1 hour. Bus will pick up directly one block from the property, easy walking distance. I can possibly pick up or drop off at or from the train station. The space Kitchen can be shared and so the family room in the basement with the TV Guest access This will be a private room with one queen bed, with a shared bathroom. Your room will have key access. The bathroom is only shared if there are other guests renting out the additional rooms on the second floor. Guests can have access to their bedroom/s , Kitchen and the furnished basement with big screen TV and Ping Pong table.They can have access to our back yard and the deck. 2 guests maximum in a single bedroom. Other things to note We have two great, friendly dogs and they will be confined to their rooms if needed.
