Half block from BEACH & Music Pier, Ocean City NJ

This studio apartment is half a block from the beach in beautiful Ocean City, NJ! Located in the middle of the boardwalk (8th St.), across from the popular Music Pier, beach, shops, restaurants & amusements galore. 3 beach tags are included, furnished kitchenette, smart TV, WiFi, comfy Queen bed & futon chair/bed. After beach shower/foot rinse & a bike rack in back of building. Key card entry for hotel lobby; common area video monitoring. Guest services rep in lobby to assist. The space This is a SMALL unit but with an efficient layout. A Queen bed sleeps two and we have a futon/chair that can unfold and be placed at the end of the queen bed that will sleep one. Note: this futon when folded out is 6 ft. long and 23 inch wide. If you are a larger man, this may not be the most comfortable option. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, 2-burner electric stove, kitchen sink, toaster oven, Keurig Mini plus coffee maker, pots and pans and an abundance of dishes and silverware. Bathroom includes tub/shower, miniature shampoo and conditioners and face soap and hand soap. There is an Elevator to each floor and stairs. An Ice cream shop is right next door. Breakfast nooks are within one block of the unit. The World famous Johnson's Caramel Popcorn is 2 blocks away. Donut shops galore! Bike rental one block away. Off street parking lot right next to hotel (daily rates are $20). We RECOMMEND using this paid parking and keeping your beach chairs and gear IN THE CAR as the unit is small and that way you can pick up your gear on the way to the beach. Metered street parking on 8th Street but do not count on a spot. There is free street parking, but it is about 2 blocks north and 1-3 blocks west of the beach so plan accordingly. You can offload your car in front of the hotel and then continue to parking. The lobby does have bellman on wheels for taking bags up to rooms. Guest access The condo building has key card entry for security. The lobby and lounge area for guests. There is reading material and some board games. If coming from the beach we strongly ask guests to use the foot rinse station at the back of the building so no sand is tracked into the rooms and bathrooms. Other things to note Linens and towels are supplied, as are bathroom basics such as toilet paper and shower soap and shampoo. However this is not a hotel and there is NO MAID SERVICE. We ask that you leave the unit as you found it, clean and everything in its place. If you use dishes and cups, wash them and put them away.
