Baker's Corner

Baker's Corner is a historic farm 2 miles from downtown Clear Lake and the beach. The acreage sits amidst Iowa farmland but is only minutes from the tourist attractions of Clear Lake and the amenities of Mason City. This quiet, cozy, country home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We'll welcome you with a loaf of homemade bread and seasonal jam. The space The apartment is above our detached garage, accessed by a single flight of stairs. At the top of the stairs, you'll find the living, dining, kitchen space. The bedroom, bathroom with washer and dryer are separate rooms. The apartment overlooks our family farm and gardens. Guest access There is a small patio with a charcoal grill, table and chairs. A fire pit located not far from the apartment is available for S'mores and star gazing. Guests are welcome to stroll the gardens and acreage. Other things to note Indoor parking for one vehicle is available upon request.
