Just a 5 minute walk over the bridge to free beach, many bars, restaurants and 1 mile to SeaStreak Manhattan ferry!! Tastefully decorated, quiet and comfortable. It's very quiet and completely separate from the rest of the house. The bedroom includes a full bed with a feather topper, comfy, crisp white sheets, armoire and a small desk. The main area has a large flatscreen tv with cable, Apple TV/Netflix, wifi. The kitchenette has a coffee maker, toaster, convection oven, hot plate, microwave, mini fridge. I provide coffee and bottled water. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, crisp white towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. I also include beach essentials - chairs, a cooler, umbrella, towels, etc. Guest access Guests have access to parking, all the patios, porches and decks, gas grill and outdoor shower.
