Fabulous, well lit, condo/townhome located 1 block from bay, 3 blocks from main strip and 7 blocks from beach. Quiet, charming neighborhood. The space This townhome has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The first floor has 2 bedrooms each with a queen that share a Jack & Jill bathroom and a bedroom with a twin bed and a full bath and own private deck ! The second floor has a kitchen with living room and a sitting room with a pull out sofa with full bathroom . The wrap around deck on the 2nd floor offers nice views of the bay and sunrise . The 3rd floor includes the master suite with a king bed, walk in shower and jacuzzi tub . There is small deck outside the bedroom with views of the bay . There is also a washer/dryer on the 2nd floor. Please bring your own towels, linens. All beds are supplied with pillows and comforter. Free public parking is available directly in front of townhome. Other things to note Check in - 3 pm Check out - 11 am No smoking is allowed in any area inside the home . When checking out , please leave the air conditioner on 75/auto or heater on 60/auto depending on the time of season . All blinds should be shut in each room when you check out as well . Trash cans go out on the rocks near driveway . Please completely tie up all trash bags including those put into trash cans. Glass , paper , and plastic go in recycle bin . Trash collection is Monday year round and Monday and Thursday during the summer. Internet codes on the fridge Make sure to close all lights when leave If sink disposal not working - make sure no metal objects have fallen in and push "reset button" behind metal unit under the sink Front door knob Key is fastidious- insert, then pull out 2 mm - turn slightly to the right then to the left to open door. Pillows and mattress cover for full pull out are in the chest/ coffee table in front of TV Bikes and paddle board not to be used 2 beach tags available- $45 charge for each one lost
