Located in the heart of the South End neighborhood, you'll be able to get everywhere. We thoughtfully restored and manage the building and are readily available by phone or in person to answer questions. The parking spots have limited availability so if you need to rent it please confirm availability prior to booking. There are many options for garage parking as well as street parking, which will vary in convenience with the frequency you use your car. Metered parking is available on Tremont Street between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm with a two hour limit. Overnight parking on Tremont Street is free and ideal on days other than street cleaning days. There are visitor spots on either end of Upton Street available for use by the general public. Guests also use the website and phone application SpotHero to reserve parking spots in advance. Guest access Guests have access to their entire apartment as well as a common laundry area. Other things to note This is a quiet building and we attract guests that seek the same, We ask guests to refrain from loud conversation in the hallway and from playing loud music between the hours of 11 pm and 9 am. For long term guests electricity is monitored individually. Monthly cost in excess of $60 will passed on and charged to guest. Historical bills and usage are available upon request.
