This loft is in downtown Grinnell over a new business called Hometown Heroes Grill. ​​It is a comfy modern space and also has a rooftop patio. We have keyless entry and lockboxes to retrieve your key. I don't always have the opportunity to meet our guests as they can check themselves in easily. The building is on the National Historic Register, so it is an old building that has been rennovated​.
