Condo is fully equipped for kids (and adults) to make a great family vacation! The space Condo is equipped to sleep up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths (4 guests included in price; extras $20/night). The master bedroom features a King bed; the guest bedroom houses 4 twin beds (1 bunk bed, 1 twin with 1 trundle); an air mattress is also available. Our space is ideal for hosting families with up to 4 children (rather than large groups of adults). The condo is a short 45-minute drive from Des Moines area. Amenities include: -washer and dryer with detergent -dishwasher -wood-burning fireplace (wood included) -short walk (10 min.) to the beach -beach includes a playground area, sand volleyball, basketball courts, pickleball courts, indoor restrooms -super short walk to LPN pool with hot tub (2 min.) - small daily entry fee required for LPN pool/hot tub -pool/beach toys for your use included -super short walk (2 min.) to golf course/Links restaurant near pool -driving range located directly behind condo -kids toys and puzzles included -plenty of parking right outside our condo unit -deck with seating for 6 -propane grill and charcoal grill available for use (on deck) *We do not offer WiFi- the LPN Golf Course has WiFi that can be used but can be unreliable; you are welcome to use your own hotspot to use the Apple TVs. The LPN pool and golf course are just steps away; beach with dock and sports complex access is a short walk Other things to note We will contact you 24 hours before your stay with the code to access keys upon arrival. At check-out, place used towels in the laundry basket, load dishes and start dishwasher, lock up, and we will do the rest!
