The Cottage Downtown - Walk to Main Street!

Ditch hotels and travel like a local! The Cottage is a simple, cozy home base for enjoying Bozeman. It’s not a luxury property, but it’s comfortable, practical, and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. Good to know: The Cottage is a modest home with a compact layout. Guests looking for a newly renovated or luxury property may prefer one of the larger homes in the area, but many guests love the cottage for its simplicity, location, and value. The space The space includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a compact open living room and kitchen area. The layout is efficient and works well for couples, small families, or friends who want separate bedrooms while spending most of their time exploring town. We recently freshened up the space with new paint and updated living room furniture, giving the cottage a brighter and more welcoming feel. The home itself is modest and older, but it’s clean, functional, and thoughtfully set up. The kitchen has everything needed for basic cooking, and the high kitchen counter provides bar seating in place of a traditional dining table. Weather permitting, you can also enjoy the private backyard space just outside the side door. If you’re looking for a simple, comfortable place to stay in a great location, The Cottage is a great fit. Guest access The whole house (save for one storage closet) will be yours during your stay! Feel free to enjoy the front, side, and back yards as well. Other things to note *This unit does not have A/C, although does a decent job of staying cool in the summer. We supply fans for both bedrooms and have ceiling fans in the kitchen and living room.* *Due to the layout and size of the Cottage, we do not have a dining room table!
