Please, make yourself at home. Other things to note ￫ You will have to climb about 6-7 steps to get to the front door of the property. ￫ Dogs are allowed for an extra $80 per pet fee. We love all animals, but unfortunately we are all highly allergic to cats. =( ￫ There is an outside shower at the back of the house. Please rinse off any sand before entering the property. ￫There is a very relaxing swinging lounge chair on the outside patio (Caution: For your safety, no one over 200 lbs should use). Please be respectful neighbors as we are all adults. TRASH Trash day is Monday. Trash can be pulled to the curb on Sunday night. There are 2 large garbage & recycling receptacles at the back of the house. If you are staying over night on Sunday, we would really appreciate it if you could help us with this by pulling the trash to the curb Sunday night.
