We have two boys not so loud but you might hear occasional sound and light noise from above. Some noise possible due to air conditioning running downstairs or flushing upstairs. You can have a single electric stove, coffeemaker & a microwave downstairs if you want to cook in the room. In the laundry room we have space in our refrigerator and freezer you can use. You have your private shower in the laundry room and a separate half bath. No parties or crowds allowed on the property out of respect for our neighbors and for sustaining the quiet neighborhood. A professional couple with two well behaved academic boys. Our lives are busy. We do not smoke, don't have any pets, don't have loud music. We will respect you and your time with us. It has sleeping spaces for 7 adults/kids (1 double bed, 2 sofa beds are narrow though) and 1 toddler. You have the complete privacy in the suite. Separate half bathroom and shower. We will be staying upstairs and might spend time in the main floor which is not directly above you, we have the front entrance that is separate from your private back entrance so you have the complete downstairs for yourself. Just out of the highway on I295 on your way to anywhere and literally at the center of the state and a close suburb of Philadelphia. 5 min Walking distance to Woodcrest PATCO train station, another 5 min walk to a small strip mall with restaurants, a 3 minute drive to Voorhees mall, and right out of I-295 highway.
