MINUTES TO Tappan, Piermont,Closter, Sparkill, & Nyack & The Rockleigh Catering Venue, Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the patio and yard in front of private entrance and private guest suite. During your stay I am pleased to host my guests with a goal toward their having a pleasant and memorable experience at my home and property. I am available to answer any questions and will be glad to meet and greet any guest who wishes to do so. Other things to note There is absolutely no smoking in the room or on the property. Only 2 guests are permitted. Listed price is quoted for 1 guest and there is a daily $25 charge for an additional guest. Only the registered guests are permitted on the property. Host will have the right to cancel the stay if guests do not adhere to the house rules.
