We are 1 block to buses going into New York City..... we are close to restaurants...... Taxi ride away from the 3 major airports .... you do not need to book both bedrooms .... if you only need 1 bedroom just message me ..... I must know your check in time to insure that I’m home to greet my guests... if you are coming from out of the country and because of the time difference need an earlier check in .... I need to know ahead of time to make sure the rooms are ready for your stay. Thank you The space House is modern updated and plenty of space.... if you have a infant/toddler I have a pack and play if you should need to use.... if after a day of sightseeing you are more than welcomed to take a dip in the heated pool ( the pool closes in the winter) I DO NOT RENT OUT THE POOL AREA.... no pool parties allowed! Please don’t ask you will be declined! I give my guests plenty of privacy for them to move about the house so they will have a comfortable stay... NO FISH.... this is important because of seafood allergies.... In each bedroom I provide fresh fruit .... breakfast bars.... snacks and bottled water all included with your stay..... my house is on a dead end... plenty of parking..... you must let me know when you are here so I can show you where to park...... I must know your check-in time to insure that Im here to meet you.... if you need an earlier check-in time I must know in advance to make sure the rooms are set up. Quick note about the kitchen... my guests can use the microwave and toaster/convection oven but no cooking on the gas stove top . I have let guest cook and have had terrible mishaps on quite a few occasions .... gas leak in the house and leaving burners unattended while cooking almost burning my house down so I took this amenity off my listing . Sorry for that inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding During your stay We will be staying at the house with our guests... you will be free to socialize or just relax and spend your time alone ..... the bedrooms are private with locked doors and tv in each room as well as wireless internet..... I DO NOT AIRBNB ENTIRE HOUSE..... I give my guests plenty of privacy.... but I do stay here at my house .... it is shared with me and my husband Other things to note We have plenty of restaurants in our area for you to enjoy a meal or just a quick bite to eat...... we have 2 dogs in the house.... a border collie and a Siberian husky.
