The wood paneled "Great Room" promotes bonding and interacting, with cozy areas for privacy. We enjoy this home and hope you will as well. The lake is accessible at the nearby Byram Bay Beach Club. Guest Passes required. $5/pass. Perfect for wedding parties, families vacationing/skiing together and work groups. Easily bring a large group together for family movies near the wood burning stove, or enjoy a book in a comfortable chair of your own. Each bedroom has a window A/C unit and two ceiling fans in the living room. Guest access The home is all yours. Please enjoy it. Other things to note The cottage is very close to our neighbor. Maximum of 1 vehicle per every two occupants. Please keep noise low and respectful of my neighbor to avoid complaints, especially after 8pm.
