Perfect location for a get together with family and friends! This is a one-of-a-kind guest lodge atop a high meadow with magnificent views. 400 acres. Right from our door, you'll find 15 miles of groomed x-c skiing, fat biking, and snowshoe trails in winter, hiking & mountain biking trails in the summer. Sauna, large living rooms. Commercial range in kitchen, large dining room. 10 minutes from Berkshire East, whitewater adventures, canopy tours, mountain biking and more. The space We built the lodge and most of the furnishings with wood harvested from our land. The expansive mountain views define this property. We have large organic gardens and lush perennial flower beds and plenty of lawn. All kinds of board games, puzzles, table games are available for guests. A large rec room/gathering space is available in the old dairy barn 100 feet away. An additional 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms are available 100 yards away for an additional $195/night. (Please inquire about this) Guest access This rental includes exclusive use of the guest lodge, sauna, patio, fire pit. The 15 mile trail network is right outside the front door. Also included from April through November is the use of the large 4 season meeting/rec room in the adjacent historic dairy barn (available for an extra fee - $100/night Christmas through late March) Other things to note Please make other arrangements for your pets. Sheets, blankets, towels, pillows. We have a dozen sets. Guests make their own beds. There is no charge for these items provided you launder/dry/fold and return them to the storage cabinets. If you need more sets, you will need to furnish them. If you wish fresh items, you will need to launder the ones we provide.
