The house is a New Orleans, two story, single shotgun with with four steps up to porch, ground level (L) shaped, add on. Closed in front, with driveway all on left side yard. Walk pass living room then kitchen to the hallway stairs to your right. The home has central air and heat. No indoor smoking please. The space Also a upstairs small porch. With a spare small single size bed in the room. You can look out into the driveway to your car from side window. You must ask for this room at booking. This room is the Golden second line. This room only rents at that time (group only). Guest access You are welcome to use living room with TV. The refrigerator has a ice maker on the door and water. kitchen and laundry space. Also the downstairs front porch. You can park on the street in front the house ( neighbors do not like any parking in front there home). During your stay I like to meet guess if possible.
