Bayonne is a very safe and quiet area. There is a bus to NYC is at corner or train (light rail) is 5 blocks away, which takes you to a connecting train into NYC. It takes about 30 minutes to get into World Trade Center. Property is located 2 blocks from large county park with waterfront bicycle routes, jogging track and tennis courts. Bayonne is an ideal location to see and enjoy all that NYC offers, but at a very affordable price. The space This is an ideal unit for international students/ interns/ medical students/ young professionals. Room is suitable for ONE GUEST ONLY. The space was totally renovated 1 year ago. The bedroom is large and clean with new windows, floor tiling, dresser, closet, hangers, heater and air conditioning. You have a private living area with a table, chairs directly outside the room. There is also a microwave and mini- refrigerator on the same level for your use. The space is located on 3rd level- You have access to bathrooms on 1st level and Garden level. If you like to cook you have access to a fully equipped kitchen on 1st level. There is also a modern living room and front porch for your use. Guests also have full access to a beautiful quaint back yard for relaxation. Guest access Guests will have access to kitchen, communal living room and bathrooms and back yard. During your stay I live a very busy life style, but am always available to assists guests or answer questions as needed via text. Other things to note Room can accommodate 1 or 2 people. If 2 people, please make sure you book it for 2 people. There are stairs- the unit is on 3rd level If you have a car and need parking, there is adequate street parking available. No smoking permitted anywhere on property indoors or outdoors.
