Guests love the open kitchen to living room concept where they can relax and prepare the food they love. Delivery and take out options in close proximity as well. Grocery store a few minutes down the road. If the weather allows, you can sit outside at your private porch closed to the backyard, do some grilling, and enjoy the nature. Guest access This is a two-family home with coded entries(URL HIDDEN). Booked guests have private access to the 1 bedroom apartment with a large open living room, kitchen, and a private porch. The bedroom includes a queen bed, but additional pull-out couch (queen) and baby crib or toddler bed are available upon request. The private bathroom includes a laundry room. The maximum number of guests preferred is 2, but we are willing to negotiate. Other things to note You will see my dog wandering around in the fenced-in yard. My guests typically enjoy meeting my dog upon arrival to put the dog at ease with the new guests. This, however, is not a requirement for hesitant guests. My dog is young and energetic but friendly, and it will be a nonissue regardless. Guests have a private entryway and access to their apartment 24/7.
