Our quaint historic home is full of character & charm. Enjoy the bright & sunny tv room, cozy woodstove, spacious backyard with brick patio and nearby Sawyer Playground. Pets welcome. Clean and cozy, our home has 3 queen beds and parking for 3 cars in driveway. Guests will enter the home using an electronic door lock just through the mudroom, entering into kitchen with breakfast bar, woodstove and glass sliding door that leads out to the backyard. The laundry area and large bathroom, dining room, master bedroom, living room and TV room round out the first floor. There are two bedrooms with queen beds on the 2nd floor. Please note there is just one full bathroom. Our check in and check out times can be flexible with prior approval. Guests will have access to 3 parking spaces, backyard with outdoor furniture and a pet run (Please note that yard is not fully fenced and on a main road), propane BBQ grill, kitchen, large full bathroom, laundry, living room, TV room with streaming Disney+, Netflix, BluRay player, wireless internet, and board games. This is a family home when not hosting Airbnb guests. Please expect to find our belongings in the closets, drawers and cabinets, and treat them with respect. Lots of lakes to fish, canoe, kayak and swim in. Walk just across the street and you'll find rivers and trails to explore. Local attractions include Wachusett Brewery, Harrington Farms, Leominster State Forest, Wachusett Mountain State Reservation and Ski Area, Davis Farmland, Ecotarium, Hanover Theater and many more. We have a family dog so those with pet allergies please be aware of hair/dander that will inevitably be in the home. Our dog will be elsewhere during your stay but undoubtably, a minimal amount of evidence of her will remain.
