Private Space: The entire main living area is exclusively for your use. Shared/Restricted Areas: Please note that the basement, which contains laundry facilities and storage, is a separate area. Our trusted housekeeper may occasionally need to access the basement via a separate entrance, but your privacy on the main two floors will be fully respected at all times. Other things to note 🛏️ The home comfortably sleeps 5 guests across 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 1 with a single bed. For additional guests, we can provide a twin air mattress and/or a twin floor mattress with clean linens for added comfort. We also have a high chair and crib. Up to 7 guests maximum. 🚗 Free parking is included for up to 2 vehicles. Street parking may also be available, but please follow local signage. 🌿 This is a peaceful residential neighborhood, please be respectful of quiet hours and our neighbors. Strict No Party Policy. 📸 For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are installed and monitor all entrances to the property and the separate basement area. There are no cameras inside the guest living spaces.
