This is a cozy Country Cottage catering especually to single females traveling alone on a budget. Sofa offered for only $25 per night or $75 nightly for special event. This option comes with access to shower with hot water, TV, fresh linens in Wi-Fi. Hosts also offers toast/bagels with coffee/tea for breakfast included as available. This plush sofa will cradle you in its plush cushions as you nessle in for the night. Living room has a TV, ceiling fan and modern furnishings. The restroom is shared and the house is also during special events. Continental breakfast includes toast or bagel with coffee or tea as available. Ask the host for details. No shoes worn indoors and valud ID required. Guest access This listing offers access only to your parking space, front porch, living room and restroom areas. Guests on this reservation are not allowed to enter private rooms nor the dining room or kitchen. This is not a private living space. It is open for walk through traffic. The host tries not to walk through the living room between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. out of courtesy but this is the only pathway to the restroom. Super friendly and respectful host. Guests will receive as much privacy as possible. This is a quiet, cozy, safe space for guests just traveling through or stopping by to partake in a special event. Listing not intended to be a place to sleep during the days because it is a common area. Host will make certain allowances during special events for you to sleep in and checkout by noon but not during non special event occasions when guests pay the minimum price you must checkout by 10am. No shoes worn indoors at anytime. Guests may wear socks, house slippers, clean bare feet or courtesy house shoes given by the host. Guest must fold and pick up all bedding each moring and lay at foot of the sofa. Dirty towels and linens are to be placed in the laundry hamper in the hallway at checkout. No Ioud music or talking permitted between 10pm and 8am. No additional guest authorized. Bathroom visits must not exceed 20 minutes maximum as it is shared. Please announce in advance if you may need more time to allow other access prior to your use. Never use any of hosts personal hygiene or beauty items. This is considered theft and you will be asked to vacate. Leave the bathroom clean as it was upon arrival. Do not leave your personal items or dirty items inside the restroom or on the floor. Clean the tub, toilet and sink area after each use. Spray bleach and cleanser beside the toilet for alm to use. If any complaints you will be asked to clean up behind yourself immediately if you plan to stay. Hang your used towel in the same designated space daily then place in the hamper in the hall when dirty or when you checkout. Always leave the toilet seat down, bathroom door closed when occupied and open when vacant. If you have any questions just ask. Other things to note Guests will not be given any keys nor code to enter this accommodation due to the low cost for safety reasons. Guesrd we'll coordinate their arrival and departure so that the host may lock the door. Again this is designated as a last-minute emergency accommodation for those who have either miss their flight, driving thru and continuing on in the morning. You only need to sleep a few hours before heading out. Again unfortunately guests are not authorized to sleep in late nor remain in the house all day for this accommodation. There will be special exceptions during special events for guests paying the increased price. These guests may check out at noon. but not guests staying during non special event seasons who pay $25 or less.
