Brewster Roost, In Villages of Ocean Edge Resort

A sweet condo for up to 5 guests + child (2 Queen/2 Twin beds). Get the amenities of the #1 Cape Cod resort with the convenience of a private home. Access pools, hot tubs, and fitness centers (Pay for what you use/see fees below). Onsite: kayak/bike rentals, CC Bike Path access, restaurants/bars, private spa, kids programs, tennis courts. Beaches are 8min. drive away. Rain or shine, you can't be bored. $150 cleaning fee includes linens and laundry. The space The Brewster Roost We acquired this condo in April of 2018. After only our first season, we obtained the title of "superhost" through Airbnb. We are very excited for the 2025 rental season. In early May of 2021, we installed new flooring downstairs, new small kitchen appliances, and updated the furnishings, linens, and overall decor. During the winter in early 2026 This year we changed all the window and patio sliders. We also replaced all of the living room furniture (not pictured). 2205 We updated the patio set and washer/dryer 2024 We installed a new ductless air conditioner and heating system 2023, we installed quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, removed all carpets from the condo, installed new stove, washer, and dryer appliances, purchased new sofa, recliner, and lounge seats, and freshly painted the upstairs. The unit itself is 1100 sq.ft. with an upstairs and downstairs. It is professionally cleaned before each visit, so you can count on a sparkling clean home. The kitchen is fully stocked with condiments and other cooking essentials, such as sugar, salt, pepper, spice rack, oil, flour, etc. You will have utensils to cook with and serving-ware, an outdoor grill, and a coffee/tea station with Keurig machine, French Press, and electric kettle. There is a casual indoor dining area and an outdoor patio for when you are not picnicking on the beach or dining out. There are 1.5 bathrooms. Towels are provided as well as toothpaste, soap, and shampoo, Band-Aids, tissues, and the likes thereof. There is a hairdryer and iron in the upstairs closets and cabinets. The bathroom with a shower and bathtub is upstairs, and the half bath is downstairs. There is a washer and dryer in a closet on the second floor. There are two bedrooms. Each bedroom has one queen mattress and one twin bed. All the beds have gel foam cushioning for comfort and support. There are two sleeper sofa couches in the living space downstairs. Bed linens and pillows are provided. Per condo association rules, our condo has a limit of 5 guests per visit. We can comfortably squeeze in 6 for a family with small children or a baby. We do have two pack and play "cribs" for small children. In the main living space there is a 50 inch TV with a DVD player and Roku streaming service. You may stream movies from our Netflix, Youtube, and Amazon account, or other streaming accounts via the Roku. We have a diverse collection of DVD's as well. WiFi is included. It is our hope that when you stay with us, you can pack lightly and not stress over the small stuff. Guest access Ocean Edge and Surrounding Area: Ocean Edge is a semi-private resort and a popular destination for seasoned Cape Cod vacationers as well as first-time visitors to the area. As we have paid for a sports club membership, our guests will have "a la carte/pay per use" access to several indoor and outdoor pool areas w/hot tub, several fitness clubs, kayak and bike rentals, tennis courts, as well as on site-restaurants. We do not have a golf membership, so we cannot grant our guests pay per use access to the golf course EXCEPT in the fall and spring seasons (before Memorial Day and after Labor Day). There is a private horse farm just 500 paces from our backyard where you can take horse riding lessons or just watch others ride. Additionally, there is a complimentary shuttle bus on the property from Memorial Day through Columbus Day that transports guest all throughout the property as well as to the local beaches. During the high-season, we rent Saturday to Saturday.
