Prior to your stay the home will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected/sanitized according to CDC recommendations and guidelines. The open floor plan in the common area is great for relaxing with friends. The fully equipped kitchen with custom concrete countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas oven and range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher flows into the wet bar area with bar sink and continues into the living section complete with a sectional couch, 65 inch Samsung TV with entertainment system and beautiful gas fireplace. The half bathroom off of the kitchen includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom offers a Queen bed, a storage staircase and a loft with a desk. The Guest bedroom has a full bed, dressers, and a closet. A full bathroom with tub/shower is situated in between the two bedrooms. The Smart TV and Roku is already connected to Amazon Video and through the Xfinity app on Roku, you can access live Cable TV and on-Demand premium channels and movies. Outside you'll enjoy the new outdoor kitchen, shaded by a cedar pavilion, complete with a built-in Weber Grill, mini fridge, sink, and bar complete with bar stools. There is also a gas fire pit in the back yard (do not roast marshmallows or burn anything in this fire pit as it will make a mess of the lava rock- gas only). Strong Wifi signal throughout the property. The entire front portion of the property is exclusively yours! This includes the entire front house, including the attached backyard deck, patio and outdoor kitchen. I live in town so am occasionally around, but I also work alot and go away on weekends. Right on the Barnegat Bay, huge outdoor deck, arrive by boat, bike, or by car, live music daily in the summer, good bar food outside, and excellent fine dining inside. Anchor Inn - WALKABLE! Toms River Park and Ride bus station is a 13 minute drive (5.6 miles). **** EASY COMMUTE FROM NYC **** From Port Authority in NYC, simply hop on NJ Transit bus 319 or 137 for a nonstop, direct trip to Toms River Park and Ride in about an hour and 35 minutes for about $20. You can UBER, LYFT, etc. or cabs are there waiting for a 10 minute drive to the house. This is not a party house. So please do not plan on having a wild party here or your reservation will be canceled and will lose access to the home and your security deposit. Please BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS. Bath towels are provided but are NOT to be taken to the beach. :) Ocean Gate Beach - The Borough of Ocean Gate requires that Beach Badges are to be worn at all times by individuals 12 years of age and over while using the public beaches and piers. Badges are to be visible at all times. Anyone not wearing the required Beach Badge will be asked to leave until they have obtained a Beach Badge. Splash Pad is open June 15 to Labor Day. Hours are 11:00am - 4:30pm and for children ages 3-11. Children MUST be accompanied by a supervising adult (a splash pad pass is only required for children, while a beach badge is required for the supervising adult). Parking Decals - Seasonal Parking Decals are required from May 15th to September 15th. Pet Fee - $25 per pet per night. Pets are welcome as long they are 100% house trained (meaning no accidents in the house, will not constantly bark, howl, or cry when left alone and will not scratch at the door or chew furniture) completely cleaned up after (poop outside and HAIR inside), and kept OFF the furniture (bedding, furniture, etc.). Upon booking please inform the host that you will be bringing a pet(s) that meets the above criteria and the pet fee(s) will be manually added to the reservation by the host. An additional minimum charge of $50 will be applied for each pet accident or hair cleanup. Please note that the blue garage and trailer in the back of the property are also a rentals, so guests may be utilizing that space during your stay. Crib available by request. "Events" with more than 6 people are considered on a case by case basis and start at a minimum of 2x the nightly rate for the day of the event.
