The space Located in an historic University District home, this comfortable, clean, and well-appointed lower/basement level apartment is fully furnished and sleeps 4 comfortably. In the bedroom you will find a queen bed with memory foam mattress and quality linens, a generous walk-in closet, TV, and makeup table. The living room, which is separated by a door for added privacy, offers a couch with a queen-sized hideaway bed and memory foam mattress, overstuffed chairs, dining area, and fireplace with heater. The fully-equipped kitchen includes full-sized appliances, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot, as well as all the utensils and pantry basics including coffee and tea. And the brand-new bathroom, while small, is comfortable to use and boasts a spacious glass shower. Bath essentials including shampoo, conditioner and body wash made with all-natural ingredients are provided. Wifi with excellent speed included. Guest access Guests have a private entrance to this separate apartment, located in rear of the home. Access through a gated yard in the alley. Other things to note There is a very sweet and friendly dog who lives on the property, and is excited to meet you! If animals make you uncomfortable, please just let us know and we can keep her out of the yard during your stay. Noise will inevitably travel between the two levels of the home. We observe quiet hours upstairs, and the apartment is equipped with a sound machine as well as earplugs for light sleepers.
