Welcome to our dog friendly beach cottage stocked with all your kitchen needs, beach essentials and fully fenced in yard. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach! 3 bedrooms and a large living room. The fully fenced in yard is a true oasis with plenty of room to tan, grill and sit around the fire pit. Parking for 4 cars. Downtown Newburyport is only 3 miles away. Beach essentials include beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, cooler and cart. The space Entertainer's delight, the air conditioned first floor has an open living & dining area, the full bath with soft linens and shower products, kitchen and sunroom. The large & airy kitchen has all your cooking necessities provided should you not wish to grill in the yard. Connected to the kitchen, there is a spacious sunroom to sit & relax. The dining area can accommodate up to 8 adults comfortably. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, large comfortable chairs and a smart TV with cable and wifi throughout. The only bathroom in the house is located on the first floor off of the kitchen. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, each with air conditioning. The rear master bedroom has a plush queen bed with a large closet able to hold all your vacation outfits. The larger front guest bedroom contains a queen and a lovely view of the beach. The third guest room has a full bed, the smallest of the three bedrooms, there will be no complaints with the beach view. The backyard features a patio with a propane grill and a gas-powered fire pit surrounded by wicker chairs and a loveseat. Two chaise lounges are provided for those who like to work on their tan or take a nap in the sun. For those who prefer the shade, there is a separate patio area with a covered pergola. For your beach enjoyment we are happy to provide beach towels and chairs for 8, an umbrella, a beach wagon, and a large cooler with wheels. Guest access The entire house is available to guests Other things to note We accept pets on a case by case basis. There is an additional fee based on type of pet/pet hair due to cleaning needs. A sheet is provided to cover the couch for when pets do come.
