It sits a block and a half back from the bay beach in a quiet neighborhood that is pretty much divided evenly between rentals, year round folks, and summer homes. That makes it ideal for those who like to go downtown for the hustle and bustle and being in the thick of things, but then return to a place where they can kick back, grill out, chill out, and relax. It has two bedrooms and a sofa bed to sleep six. The house is available for rent year round with a minimum stay of two nights. Casper Towers is pet friendly for your well behaved dog, as is the bay beach. Please inquire about any pertinent fees and restrictions.
