Guest access Because three generations live here, along with chickens, cats and dogs and a private business as well, we ask our guests to enjoy the lower portion of the property where the cottage is located. The cottage does have its own small kitchen for your use. The carriage house is appropriate for a couple who seek nature and a relaxing stay. Other things to note There is kayaking and rental boats very nearby. Hiking trails abound. Ferries and commuter trains close by for visits to Boston, Salem, the Cape, Plymouth and other points of interest. We are foodies so we can recommend the best restaurants of which there are many.
