No use of the kitchen or living room, but guests are welcome to enjoy the heated pool with a spacious poolside garden patio and the warm and inviting enclosed porch. The spacious and private bedroom was intentionally designed for your comfort and relaxation, offering an exceptional mattress, elegant linens and comfy pillows. Black out shades and a sound machine make a perfect place for deep rest. The beautiful and clean shared bathroom was recently renovated to create a spa like experience. Other things to note This is one bedroom of a 3 bedroom house that is SHARED with a SHARED bathroom. Indoor and poolside living space is SHARED with other guests. Kitchen and living room are available to guests when needed. Prefer no cooking with other guests present. All dishes must be cleaned, put away, sink and kitchen left as found. Poolside enclosed porch, outside patio and crystal clear heated saltwater pool are available to guests. Fireplace is not to be used in summer months with AC on. No pets and children under 6 years of age. Absolutely NO DIVING! Pool is 4-5 ft. Please always watch your children around pool. There is a Ring camera at the front door, driveway and pool for safety. Quiet after 10 pm. Be respectful of neighbors and other guests Park in driveway. We cannot guarantee them to perform 100% of the time. We do promise to address and attempt to correct any issues as soon as possible. Refunds/Discounts are not provided for non-working appliances, amenities, etc. Sand free feet indoors. There is a wonderful hot/cold outside shower and front yard hose nears front door. Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming, as well as usage of any and all water activity equipment and any and all indoor and outdoor activity on the property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with such activity. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, usage of water activity equipment and all indoor and outdoor activity on the property and hold owner harmless. You understand potential dangers that swimming, usage of water activity equipment and all indoor and outdoor activity on the property if a person has health risks, or if a person swims or uses the water activity equipment while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, usage of water activity equipment, and indoor and outdoor activity on the property.
