The space FOR YOUR ENTRY: A wireless electronic smart lock will generate a unique entry code that works for the duration of each guest's stay. A garage door opener is available upon entry to the house. FOR YOUR REST: On warm days, guests can relax while sitting on the wrap-around porch. Inside, a full dining and living room offer plenty of places to sit. An "Into the Woods" bedroom has 1 twin bed and a rollout trundle. Two twin roll-aways and a floor mattress are stored in its closet. The master "Boho" bedroom offers a queen bed. There is also a full-sized, fold-down sofa sleeper located in the living room. Should a little one be along, the dining room storage closet has a pack-n-play. FOR YOUR YUMMY: This home has a full-service kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, crockpot, and Keurig coffee maker. Make cookies or boil pasta with the extensive collection of cookware/bakeware provided. Serviceware is also provided to present multi-course meals. We offer a wide variety of complimentary k-cups and treats upon guest arrival. And a list of local restaurants and grocery stores is located on the kitchen counter. Ready for mid-June is a small strawberry patch just outside the back door, and guests are invited to pick a bowl or two! FOR YOUR FUN: Bring the "tech" because guests can enjoy high-speed, wireless internet! The living room has a flat screen smart TV with Netflix/Sling TV access (streaming cable television) so everyone can watch a movie together! The place is stocked with a variety of family-friendly DVDS, board games, and books. FOR YOUR STINKY: All guests have access to "the facilities" through a door in the living room, but the master bedroom has its own separate, adjoining door. The bathroom is full-service with the following amenities: * 2 Sinks * Shower/Tub * Toilet * Shampoo, conditioner, body wash * Guest towels * Hair dryer * Toilet paper * Hand soap * Select complimentary personal toiletries Upon request, a washer/dryer can be made available to guests with longer stays and who are comfortable using steep, shallow stairs to the basement. FOR YOUR WHEELS: This property presents a unique situation in that its garage - while detached from the house - is physically connected to the garages on the neighbor's property, and the driveway to the garages is SHARED. Therefore, guests may park inside the garage, directly in front of it, or off-street to avoid blocking the neighbor's access to HIS parking spaces and garages. Guest cooperation is greatly appreciated. FOR YOUR BENEFIT: Guests are politely asked to be mindful of their surroundings. This house is a "labor of love" to be enjoyed by its respectful guests. Smoking is not allowed during any season inside the house or near any open windows/doors. To maintain the decorative integrity of the space, no pets are allowed.
