Enjoy this private room in the Linda Vista neighborhood on the south end of town near Community Hospital. The house is recently remodeled with lots of comfortable space for lounging, reading, socializing, or enjoying a nice meal. Just 20 minutes drive from the airport, and 15 minutes from downtown, I am also close to hiking and the biking trails. Bathroom is shared with other guests and living areas with guests and host. There is outdoor space available for shared use on the property as well. The space My newly remodeled kitchen is well furnished and a great space to cook. It opens onto the dining room/living room , which makes for great socializing during meal prep. Washer and dryer are conveniently located right off the kitchen. Guests share a bath with other guests, but not with host. I have an on-demand hot water heater so if you like to take long hot baths, you're in the right place. Guest access Guests have access to kitchen, living/dining room, family room, laundry and guest bathroom. Self check-in available. During your stay I have lived in Missoula for 40 years and am happy to provide restaurant, shopping and local recreation tips. I have also traveled extensively in the state and can give you ideas about what to see and do in Montana. Other things to note I have all wood floors in the house and ask that guests remove their shoes at the door. Also, there is a long-term tenant in the basement and we have established quiet hours of 11 pm to 6 am. Every once in awhile, I may have a son come home to visit. And, there are 2 resident cats who may want your attention. The house is built into a hill and you access the living space via a full flight of stairs. Also, there is no smoking of any products allowed on the property. The nearest public transportation is a 30 minute walk away. Registration Details Exempt
