E. Orleans REAL BnB in friendly home near-the-sea!

Our friendly BnB home on Cape Cod, in East Orleans, near its famous Atlantic ocean Nauset beach, is comfortable and casual,, original art on the walls, books on shelves, plants and a morning-light dining table. Your clean, comfy BnB bedroom, with a bathroom across the hall that no one else will use (there's a full bathroom upstairs), has AC, streaming TV, an excellent Queen bed, a dresser and closet. BREAKFAST! healthy and traditional. And, Emma, is a sweet golden retriever/Sheltie mix! Guest access Guests have full access to whole house and grounds. Kitchen and outdoor grills included. During your stay Interaction with guests is full and friendly when wanted by the guests. We welcome everyone from everywhere, and children 12-years and up, tho we have only one bedroom available right now. We speak some Spanish (Doug lived in Spain for three years), French and NewYorkCity-ese (Doug lived in Greenwich Village for15 years). Carolyn brings deep Cape Cod familiarity having worked and lived here on the Outer Cape for 40-plus years. So please come visit!! Other things to note Our street is residential, quiet, tree-lined and a single-block long, yet is only a 10-15 minute walk from: - a marina on the salt-water Namequoit river which meanders to large Pleasant Bay and the ocean, - quality small market with prepared foods and salads, excellent butcher, deli and fresh local corn and vegetables. Oh yes, wine and beer. - very popular ice cream shop, - three really good restaurants in walking distance: Barley Neck Inn - a lively bar and restaurant with weekend live music in 1868 sea captain’s house; the Whisk, homemade Italian dishes restaurant with espresso, outdoor seating; The Rail, creative brunch and cocktail menus, outdoor seating. -2 gift/clothing/jewelry shops, our local post office Best of all for many, it’s only a 10-minute drive to beautiful beacheson Cape Cod bay -very family friendly, and the famous Atlantic Ocean Nauset beach only a little over a mile to the East. Plus we have 2 salt water town landings, each about a mile away and more salt and fresh water beach minutes awY.
