This wonderful Cape Cod style home is located in the heart of Hyannis, that means close to the culture of what the city is all about such as, Main Street, transportation center, restaurants, night life on main street, public play grounds and parks, beaches, stores, historical cultural displays. You'll love this quaint home because of its light, comfy and cozy feel and totally separate from the rest of the house. Comfortable private, and cozy two room unit with extra amenities for your use! A queen sized bed with all amenities available for your use. Full sized bath. No main kitchen use but the unit provides mini refrigerator, microwave and other amenities available for your use if one desires. This suite has it own private entrance, in the front of the house, where their is a porch with two chairs for lounge. Two double glass door in the small sitting area. There is back door that is kept lock and secure and to be use as an emergency exit only. I love to provide my guest with total privacy, but I am around at all times. Just a text or phone call away. If an emergency knock on the side door and someone would assist. This unit is located next to a main intersection so it is busy. Guest can hear and see people walking all the time. It is walking distance from Main Street and the Mall which are a couple of the main attractions in Hyannis. Great restaurants with a variety of tasty eating, many homemade ice cream and fun delightful shops, gift stores and plenty other attractions. It is also about 3 minute driving from the beaches and 8 to 10 minutes walking distance depending on your strides. We have several car rentals agencies around town locally and there is public transportation at the bus terminal station which is with in walking distance close by. There are taxi service, summer trolley and there are two simple bikes and helmets that are provided for guest use. The other part of the house is occupied so you will hear us coming in and out, and sometime talking in the house but the guest can enter and leave privately at your convenience.
