La Cachette Kinetic - Elegant Mid-city tiny house

My newly renovated Airbnb is clean and hip in funky, eclectic, and central to everything...Mid-City New Orleans. Your space, la Cachette Kinetic, is private, well lit, and cozy in a safe section of New Orleans, rife with many bars, restaurants, pools, and transportation. The front-facing window has a Northeastern view of the sky and the guesthouse opens to a landscaped courtyard with Koi pond, and New Orleans style covered porch with table and chairs. Sophisticated and cool Southern charm! The space La cachette is located in a truly authentic New Orleans neighborhood with homes mostly built in the 19 teens and twenties and neighbors of all descriptions and demographics - truly the melting pot personified. I renovated this lovely apartment, which shares a courtyard with my home, in the Summer of 2017. It's a beautiful little space with all the creature comforts that I could muster and fit, including some rustic New Orleans elements, a healthy dash of quirk, and many contemporary design choices to boot - after all, New Orleans is defined by the intersection of it's deep history and it's newly imagined future! You'll sleep like a baby on a brand new, queen size memory foam mattress. I built a bald cypress kitchenette with sink, microwave, and coffee machine. You have a key-coded private entrance and a dead-bolting front door, so you can come and go as you please without worrying about a thing! Guest access The courtyard is fully accessible, as well as the porch. Feel free to smoke, drink a glass of wine, or read outside! Whatever makes you happy... Other things to note This neighborhood is a perfect reflection of New Orleans' complexion - Black folks, White folks, Hispanic folks, Young folks, Old folks, chickens running around, dog walkers, baby strollers!
