Tons of space indoors & outdoors. 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor (double-over-double bunk beds & king). 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor (king & queen). Smoking allowed OUTDOORS ONLY. Additional ($250) cleaning fee will be charged for any signs of smoking indoors. No animals allowed The space Guests have access to the entire house and boat dock. The house is 2 stories. The first floor has a large living area, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom (tub/shower combo, double vanity with washing machine and dryer), a full kitchen and dining room. The “master” bedroom downstairs has a large king bed, a TV and 1 closet for guests to use. The “kids” bedroom downstairs has spacious, sturdy double over double bunk beds. The living room has a large couch and TV. The kitchen has double ovens, a gas range, dish washer, refrigerator and freezer that guests are welcome to use. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and flatware, pots and pans. If there’s something missing, let us know and we’ll do our best to add it! Dining room table comfortably seats 6 adults. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom (tub/shower combo). One bedroom has a king bed, dresser and closet. The 2nd upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, crib and closet. Upstairs bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows facing the lake. Sunset and morning views of the lake from these two rooms are beautiful! The lawn, deck and boat dock are the best part of this property! If you live in town or do not have a lot of space, you will love the outdoor area! The property is fully fenced except for the lake side. The boat dock has a table and chairs and well as a comfortable 2 person swing and infant swing. A great place for watching pelicans, egrets and other birds! There are 2 boat slips available for use. You can launch boats at the public boat launch by the yacht club on the south side of the lake or from a second public boat launch on the north side. There is a boat launch on the property that can be used if the water level is high enough. Please use responsibly. Guest access Entire house, lawn, deck and boat dock.
