Cozy Ladybug Cottage Near Cape Cod Canal

My cozy lil'Ladybug Cottage located on a rustic dead end street w/Great Herring Pond at end of road and tennis/basketball courts w/playground across from the other end of the road-make a perfect spot! Centrally located to major roads, highways &convenient to historic Plymouth/Sandwich. Easy to explore and enjoy the Cape Cod canal, ocean beaches as well as recreational activities nearby. Hike trails @ Ellisville Harbor State Park/picnic at the Herring run or canal, or grab a game of golf nearby. The space During your stay at the Ladybug cottage you are going to enjoy the privacy of having the cottage and yard all to yourself. Weather permitting I have a grill on the deck and table and chairs I put out during the spring and summer season. Guest access Entire Cottage and yard is for the guests only. At the dead end of the street there is a path to the right going down to a small area to sit and swim- part of this beach is private and the other owners are sensitive at times to new faces- but you have the right of way to the area designated for people on the street- & its clearly posted. At the other end of the road just across Long Pond rd is a large playground (Elmer E Raymond Jr Memorial Park) with tennis courts, basketball court and large fields. Other things to note Acquiring groceries and dining out is convenient with large grocery store 1 mile from the Ladybug cottage: Shaws Grocery Store 2260 State Rd Plymouth, MA 02360 Also within 1.2 mile radius you'll be pleased to find: Rock Bottom (my fav for fresh seafood) Asian Essence Blueberry Muffin (great breakfast!) Farmers Market (Breakfast and lunch) Plymouth Public House 2294 State Rd Plymouth Ma 02360 Also for additional convenience: CVS, hair salon and Gym all within 1.2 miles.
