We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything. The space This is a basement apartment in a local family home. It has a private bedroom with king size bed, the other bedroom has a queen size bed. Full bathroom, kitchenette(for light cooking) and common space to hang out. Internet available, along with Netfilx and Youtube TV. There is a table, oven, mini fridge, air fryer, Keurig, small coffee pot, toaster and microwave for your use in the basement. Also a few cooking supplies are provided. There is no kitchen sink but a dish pan to do dishes in if needed. There is space to park on our driveway. No smoking is allowed in the basement, you are allowed to smoke out side in an area. Guest access You enter our garage side door with a code and then enter the entryway of the house and head straight downstairs to the basement. This is a semi private entry. Other things to note Please take note that we are located in Sioux Center Iowa on highway 75. We are approximately 1 hour north of Sioux City Iowa and 1 hour south of Sioux Falls South Dakota.
