Large private room with own bathroom and small kitchenette in a quiet street in Highland Park, very close to restaurants and shops, and Rutgers New Brunswick Campus. Recently renovated and furnished. It has its own entrance and opens to a large beautiful yard . The space The space Nice fully furnished spacious room with a private bathroom in a walkout basement. The room and bathroom have been recently renovated. In a quiet house/ street with its own entrance. It opens to large beautiful yard with access to a nice vegetable garden! It gets plenty of sunlight with 3 windows and a bright entrance. The room features queen bed, bedside dresser, desk and chair, reclining chair, and elegant garment and shoe rack. Room opens to a kitchenette space in the basement with: sizablei fridge, microwave, counter-top table, electric burner,electric kettle and coffee machine,shelves with kitchenware, 3-tier wire rack with dish drying rack on top by the laundry sink. There is a full bathroom with a shower and vanity with a hair drier Guest access Privet access through the yard. There is a door into our house basement which is locked on the room side providing access to laundry facility. Due to COVID access to the rest of the house is restricted, but a full kitchenette has been set up with electric burner, microwave, and refrigerator in the basement for guest use.
