Welcome to The Alana, a newly renovated flat in the bustling Bergen Lafayette section of Jersey City. Filled with natural light, this tastefully furnished space features two floors, 4 bedrooms / 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. Travel to Manhattan via PATH trains, reachable by Uber or via the Light Rail two blocks away - total trip time will be 30-40 minutes. Monthly renters welome. The space The Alana is a duplex apartment located on the second floor of a two family charming row house in the heart of Jersey City. Groups and families will be comfortable here with enough beds for seven people and two full bathrooms featuring luxurious walk-in showers. All necessities will be provided - towels, bedding, upscale toiletries, hair dryers, iron / board, first aid kit, and more. Check in is a breeze with secure electronic locks. We are always reachable in case you have any questions or requests. Please note the house is equipped with outdoor security cameras. For our driving guests, we recommend parking on the street and taking public transit or Uber into NYC. This option is a lot less stressful and often more cost effective due to tolls and parking garage fees. If you’ve never used Uber before, just ask us for an invitation link which includes a discount on the first four rides. Please pay attention to street cleaning signs when parking on the street in Jersey City and also please do not block the driveway in front of the house - it is used by our tenants on the first floor.
