Large bedroom and private bath on a quiet street, close to Olin, Babson, Wellesley Colleges and highways (90, 95, 128, 9). The space Lower level bedroom in a raised ranch house. The room faces west, it gets a lot of afternoon sun. The room has Wi-Fi, smart TV (netflix, etc + local channels), coffeemaker, microwave, electric fireplace. Queen bed and futon (70x44 in sleeping position). A private bathroom with a shower is right outside the door. The room has central heat with a thermostat (outside the door). There is no AC. There is a fan in the closet. Guest access Washer and dryer. One parking space on the driveway. Backyard. During your stay We are always happy to talk to our guests.
