These two comfortable and cozy cottages sit on 5 acres adjacent to Montana's famed Blackfoot River. This riverside refuge is perfect for a small family reunion, work retreat or annual fishing trip with friends. We are not currently set up to host weddings or events with more than 10 people without special approval and additional communication. The space These unique and cozy homes and adjoining bunk house sit on 5 acres, just steps from the Blackfoot River. In addition to their incredible location you'll enjoy the benefits of two kitchens, ample living space as well as a hot tub, indoor fireplaces and 2 propane bbqs. A short trail (approximately 100 yds) leads from the houses down to the river bank where you'll find a hammock, a fire pit and easy access to great wade fishing. The main house (the Bungalow) offers one large master bedroom with king bed, a loft with a queen bed, a fold out couch, and an outdoor Murphy bed. The smaller home (the Casita) has one bedroom with a king bed, a loft with two twin beds, a fold out couch and an adjoining bunk house with one full bed and one twin. FYI... the bunk house beds are not for the lanky.. they're approximately 5' 10" in length. Guest access Guests will have access to both homes and entire property aside from the garage. Other things to note The property is close to a busy road so its not always ideal for families with small children or dogs.
