The space is nice and cozy. With a designated parking spot (a rarity in Boston) you can come and go as you please. A nice back patio and deck provides the perfect spot to sit down with a glass wine and enjoy the nice breeze. Guest access Guests can access the back patio and deck area in addition to the basement apartment. Other things to note Please keep in mind that this is our home and we do live in the building on the first and second floor. You will hear footsteps and the occasional potter patter of toddlers.
