Both units are considered separate listings with shared restroom facilities and shower unit. Each unit sleeps up to 4. This primative country haven is a great get away for some R & R!! This is truly an out door experience with an out door shower unit and out house. If there is inclement weather an indoor facility is available. Tamra's cottage is separate from the main house and, gives you the opportunity to view the whole farm, and view the work being done on the farm with the owners. If horses are brought they will have a pen to nuzzle down during the night by the barn which is 50 yards from your cottage and have access to a hitch'n post during the day. We live in spacious country side with friendly neighbors. We are 4 miles from Knoxville where you will find the Sprint Car Capital of the World with live racing most Saturday nights, Marion County Park,20 minute drive from Lake Red Rock and just 35 minutes from Des Moines Iowa where there is a lot of attractive sites and events. Knoxville is the home of Peace Tree Brewery, Nearwood Winery and many local restaurants and of course many sites and restaurants in Pella Iowa with just a 20 minute drive.
