Guest access This is truly an out door experience with an out door shower unit and out house. If there is inclement weather an indoor facility is available. The outdoor porta potty is clean and decorated. The blue liquid in the porta potty is what keeps the out house smelling clean and disinfected like all porta pots have. This is a PRIMITIVE GLAMPING experience. Other things to note Knoxville is the home of The Sprint Car Capital of the World, Nearwood Winery and many local restaurants and of course many sites and restaurants in Pella Iowa and Lake Red Rock with just a 20 minute drive.
