Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. Please read all details prior to booking! **15 MINUTE DRIVE TO CLEMSON MEMORIAL STADIUM** Nestled on a point at the end of a cove on a 5-acre wooded parcel, this is the perfect location for a lakefront vacation or Clemson weekend with a quick 15-minute ride to the university. This home has every outdoor and lakehouse amenity you would expect: -deep water dock access -6X4 hinge window opens to top deck for indoor/outdoor dining -6 seat hot tub spa on lower deck -2 stand up paddle boards -Wood burning stone outdoor firepit on the shoreline with 180 water views (guests provide firewood and fire start) -wood burning stone fireplace in living room (guests provide firewood and fire start) -rustic industrial style finishes, including reclaimed beams, aged tin accents all in brand new construction -well outfitted kitchen for full cooking options & prep with appliances such as slow/pressure cooker, high-quality blender/food processor, coffee maker, French press, & instant hot water spigot -gas grill on main deck (available upon request) -Washer/Dryer Sleeping Arrangement and Accommodation Options: -Master bedroom loft with queen sized bed and half bath -Basement lakeside apartment set up like a hotel room with queen memory foam bed, dining table, mini fridge & wet bar. -Main level sofa & basement sofa have pull out beds (must request bedding) -2 additional twin memory foam rollaway beds (must request for access and bedding) This is my primary lake residence. I check my guests in personally when they arrive to go over specifics of the home and give key access. Please let me know your check in ETA as soon as possible. At times I need to access my boats at the dock. I will provide ample notice before accessing the boat(s) and will not be lingering on the dock. I will be picking up the trash from to keep it from accumulating. I will also be servicing the hot tub. Home exterior has audio and video surveillance. No pet policy is firm. No parties, no events, no day visitors, no additional guest outside of booking. This booking is available for the seasoned, responsible traveler looking for a quiet lake getaway. Failure to observe house rules results in immediate termination of booking without refund. Owner-occupant is an SC Real Estate Licensee. The entire home minus locked closets and locked storage room. Guests have access to the dock, hot tub, & firepit (guests provide firewood and fire start). Personal boats or rental boats are welcome to dock! This is my primary lake residence. This cove is just off the main south end channel of Lake Keowee, a quick boat ride to big water. By road the Lighthouse Restaurant & Event Center, as well as the Cabana, is just over a mile away. Closest grocery is Ingles/Publix 4 miles away. Boat rental referrals, park/ramp access info, fuel dock locations available upon request. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRETY PRIOR TO BOOKING: This home is located in a residential cove filled with full time residents. My neighbors on either side of the cove live in deed restricted, HOA governed communities which DO NOT have the ability to short-term lease like my property does. Please absolutely no noise and music outdoors after dark. Understand that in a cove that sound volume doubles over the water, please be respectful. NO PARTIES. My neighbors do not hesitate to let me know if there’s any noise issues in the cove, one of the immediate neighbors is a Sheriff’s Deputy with a full understanding of the county noise ordinance. The Department of Natural Resources regularly patrols this cove as well. The parking limit is 3 vehicles, please stay parked on the concrete. While I welcome families, this home is not suited for young children or multiple families of children. There are high quality and antique furnishings, multiple stairwells inside and out, high balconies, and a deep water dock. Nothing about the home is “baby proofed” or designed for children without 24/7 supervision. The hot tub is not suitable for children in diapers, children in general, or to be used as a baby pool. I require the booking guest to sign a liability and use waiver for the hot tub. If the rules of the hot tub are not followed and require the tub to be drained and shocked there will be a charge. The 5 guests limit is FIRM and guest count includes children and infants alike. Your guest count for booking must be accurate and affirmed before booking approval and confirmed again at check in. For security I have cameras on the decks and docks that record video and audio 24/7 just like a hotel. I welcome all guests to request to book that agree to house rules and have outstanding reviews however understand that I may decline booking scenarios that create too much liability for my real property, personal property, or the peace of the neighborhood. The pet policy is firm, no exceptions, however I can refer to a great local boarder nearby. This property is not SAFE or suitable for pets as there are snare traps in the back of the cove for beavers. If an animal were to enter the trap it would be killed. House rules must be observed for the duration of the stay, failure to do so will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.
