Great getaway for two. This small compact cabin has a peek-a-boo view of the river through the door porthole. A small deck overlooking the river. Air conditioning and covered picnic area. Stay toasty warm in winter with the elect. fireplace. The cabin interior is a blend of rustic, vintage, and creative carpentry, promising comfort to our guests. A leather chair you can melt away in. The Totem house is equipped with a private shower and restroom and is located just 20 paces away. You'll find your robes in the Shower Room and slippers in the cabin that you can travel back and forth to your private cabin. Safe and relaxing. This cabin invites a casual relaxing, easy, and fun place to spend time. While keeping with the 1913 Montana cabin feel, we added all new updates to ensure you still feel like you are in this century. This cabin gives more amenities than a hotel, you will find comfort and quietness while keeping more money in your pocketbook. We have a fire pit, and disks for disk golf. we removed use of kayaks because, one of our guests had to engage search and rescue get them out of a situation. When the snow melts and spring comes alive, this cabin sits on grassy, rolling grounds with fruit trees that bare copious amounts of fruit. Come and pick your choice of apples, cherries, pears, plums, and prunes. The city of Troy is surrounded by the Cabinet Mountains and skirts the Percell Mountain range. Percell Mountain range has peaks as high as 8,712 feet. The Cabinet Mountains are a narrow line of snow-capped peaks, glacial lakes, valleys cut by icy streams, and cascading waterfalls. These mountains are a Hiker’s, backpacker's, and fisherman's delight. Enjoy scenic byways for motorists, cyclists, and Motorcycle rides. Stay at the cabin and explore the area around these mountain trails. Then make your way to Glacier Park for 2.5 hrs. Easily done in a day. Great place to stay if you are traveling to or from Canada. The city of Troy and its surrounding wilderness area offer a look at some territory that is very much unsettled and in its natural form. A must-see stop in northwest Montana is the Ross Creek Cedar Trail, home to Western Red Cedars that are more than 200 years old. The Swinging Bridge is one of the major attractions in the area, with the "falls" just below. Golf disk course right along the Callahan creek. Flights over the area are available with one of our Local Operators. Bring your raft and float the river. Guest access BBQ for cooking. Small refrigerator on the cabin deck. I supply of drinking water. There is coffee and tea in the cabin for your use. you have access to a microwave and ice maker in the yurt. There is a small deck overlooking the river that you can enjoy (weather permitting). Otherwise, the yurt is the place to be! This cabin has a covered area outside with a picnic table.
