B & B at the Double B Ranch ll

Welcome! Please note our check-in time is between 4-6 pm. This is very important as we are a busy ranch and retire early. We have 2 rooms (see B&B at the Double B Ranch ll for 2nd room). This room has two twin beds and a roll-away bed. The 9 acre ranch is located in a quiet, private section of Chiltonville, Plymouth. We do not serve breakfast but can provide coffee or tea if desired. The space What makes us unique is that we are also a horse training and lesson facility. We can also accommodate guests that travel with their horses by renting out stalls in our barn. Sit in our great room/kitchen in front of our cozy wood stove and watch the horses play in our paddock. Our land abuts a hundred acres of conservation land with miles of trails. The private rooms are off a shared den with plenty of seating. The third bed is a roll-away twin size bed that can be folded up during the day and kept in the closet for more space. The full bathroom is shared between the two guest rooms. We offer riding lessons at a reduced price for guests of the ranch. If you do not ride there are miles of trails for hiking/walking. We are within 3 miles of all the tourist attractions, Mayflower ll, Plimoth Plantation, Jenny Grist Mill, downtown with all the restaurants, shopping and more! Miles Standish State Park is about is about 1 mile away. We would love to get to know you better but understand you are here for rest, relaxation and a chance to visit the area. Therefore, the amount of interaction depends on you and what you would prefer! Guest access The private rooms are off a shared den with plenty of seating. Miles Standish State Park is about is about 1 mile away. During your stay My husband and I live on the ranch so we are available to you when you need us. We do want to give you your privacy as well. We strive to strike that balance for your individual needs. Other things to note You can park anywhere around the island and I will meet you at the front right hand door. We do own a dog, 13 chickens (this number goes up and down) and a rooster. The rooster is natural alarm clock so be forwarned! Because I also do dog sitting at times, dogs are not allowed. A portable crib is available upon request. We would ask that you remove your outside shoes upon entering our home. Feel free to ask for slippers if you forget yours.
