Suitable for individuals who can handle stairs and carry luggage without discomfort. We CANNOT assist with carrying luggage. Laundry machines available in building basement. House regulations: Sorry, absolutely no smoking, no parties, no pets. Rental is for a maximum of 1-2 adults sharing the bedroom. No extra guests allowed. Building regulations as posted in the building apply (quiet time, pet, and non-smoking regulations). Short-term parking for loading and unloading in building driveway (building regulations strictly apply and are posted in the building entrance). Ideal for visiting scholars/professors. Harvard and MIT are in the immediate vicinity. Guest access Entire apartment except one locked utility closet. Other things to note The apartment is furnished with some antique pieces of furniture and overall with high quality appliances, furniture and architectural details. This is owner's apartment, so there are also some personal items (e.g. books; art pieces).
