The space This property has everything you need for all seasons- in the summer, enjoy the lake where swimming and fishing and kayaking is available on a private lake only accessible to the property owners and their guests. In the fall, enjoy the changing foliage and have a campfire lakeside. In the winter, activities like ice skating and ice fishing are popular. Settled in a quiet, residential area, the home is away from a busy city but accessible to many popular locations by car or train. The property is less than 1 mile from a grocery store, convenience store, and gas station. Popular places to visit include Salem, MA (a 30 min. drive), Boston, MA (a 45 min. drive) and Newburyport, MA (a 20 min. drive). Georgetown does not have bus access, but the rail lines are in nearby Haverhill (15 mins by car) and Newburyport (20 mins by car). Guest access Guests will have access to a private entrance that leads to a completely renovated, heated basement. This space has 1 bedroom with a Queen sized bed, an open concept living room, a full bath, and kitchenette. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster oven, and coffee maker. Guests can utilize the backyard, the lake, and campfire area at their discretion. There is also a Webber Kettle charcoal grill to cook outside. Other things to note Parking is available for two vehicles in the left side of the driveway. The guests entrance is down a small hill on the left hand side of the house- please be cautious when walking down this hill, especially in inclement weather. Flood lights will be left on during your stay. If a guest chooses to utilize the lake, they do so at their own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty at any time.
